This role will oversee the progress of multiple new store openings across Malaysia in handling site coordination, equipment tracking, and liaising with contractors and the operations team for a seamless handover of the stores.

Working location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily progress of all new store openings.
- Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and project timelines.
- Maintain regular updates on site conditions and report any issues to the management team for resolution.
- Conduct site visits according to the approved schedule.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld on-site.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and the operations team to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all required equipment arrives on-site as per the checklist, and confirm handover to the operations team.
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the management team.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail construction supervision, especially in F&B or fast-expansion retail environments.
- Proven experience in handling multiple store openings and managing fast-paced construction schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed, especially towards the end of the year when store openings are frequent.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
