As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **Data Entry Admin** to join our team and help keep things running smoothly

**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a **detail-oriented, fast-working, and independent** Data Entry Admin to assist with product uploads and customer inquiries across multiple platforms. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Upload & Management**
- Upload and update products on our **WordPress (WooCommerce) website**, **TikTok Shop**, and **Shopee store**.
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
- Categorize and organize products properly for easy customer navigation.

**Customer Support & Enquiries**
- Assist in handling customer inquiries via **WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other chat platforms**.
- Provide clear, professional, and friendly responses to customers.
- Escalate any complex issues to the relevant team members when needed.

**General Admin & Data Entry**
- Maintain and update product databases and records.
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
- Ensure all data entry work is completed with **speed and accuracy**.

✔ **Good Communication Skills** - Able to assist customers professionally via chat.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)**

1. Experience in e-commerce or online store management.
2. Basic knowledge of image editing (e.g., cropping, resizing product images).
3. Prior experience in customer service or chat support.
