About The Company

Requirement:
2. Min. 3 years of working experience in construction or related fields is required for this position.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Good in time management; must be a team player.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software.
7. Possess good negotiation skills.
8. Able to demonstrate capability of project management.
9. Knowledge of construction project management tools and software.
10. Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
11. Possess a strong knowledge of technical issues and problem solving.
12. Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems with relevant parties on site matters, attending meetings.
13. Our office is based in Seksyen 24, Shah Alam, Selangor.
14. Possessing a valid driving license (D or B2) and own transport would be an added advantage.
15. Willing to travel/outstation.

Responsibility:
1. Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
2. Fully involved in site to supervise, monitor progress, update milestones, and address issues to keep projects on track.
3. Facilitate collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations.
5. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.
6. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
7. Provide support to the project management team in managing project risks and issues.
8. Participate in site inspections, meetings, and other project-related activities.
