**So what is your role about?**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Maintains sales staff work results by counselling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Visit existing clients constantly to find sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
- Provide regular reports and updates on Sales Performance.
- Preparing quotations and proposals as per the client's needs.
- Train and mentor subordinates to enhance their sales skills and confidence.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Preferably with at least 5 years of sales and account management experience with a consistently high level of achievement frequently above target level and in a **similar capacity, preferably in Office SysteM/Furniture**.
- Someone with self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A team player with initiative.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
