- Able to do live on Tiktok / Facebook page

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high quality and professional customer service in handling customer inquiries
- Assist with telemarketing, maintaining relationships with regular customers.
- Provide appropriate support to customer service related matters/complaints escalated by the team members.
- Follow the company’s rules and regulations at all time in order to uphold the brand's image and standards.
- Assist in reviewing and enhancing the Customer Service Department’s SOPs on annual basis or as and when deemed necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports for reporting to the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
