**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing documents and conducting orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, and drafting HR-related letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in HR.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
