**Job Title: Business Development**

**Company Description**: We are a well-established and rapidly expanding franchise coffee brand with a strong presence in Malaysia. Our focus is on delivering high-quality coffee experiences to our customers while providing franchise opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development to join our team.
**1. Franchise Strategy & Market Expansion**
Plan and support the execution of franchise development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Assist in identifying potential markets for expansion through research and competitor analysis.
**2. Franchise Partner Sourcing & Evaluation**
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners through lead generation, screening, and due diligence processes to ensure alignment with brand values and operational standards.
**3. Franchisee Onboarding & Relationship Management**
**4. Cross-Department Coordination**
Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal, finance) to ensure a seamless franchise development process, consistent brand execution, and compliance with policies.
**5. Monitoring & Performance Support**
Support the performance tracking of franchise outlets post-launch. Assist in ensuring operational compliance, facilitating improvements, and coordinating local marketing initiatives with franchisees.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
