**URGENT HIRING - CUSTOMER SERVICE (TARGET-ORIENTED)**
**Location**: Suria Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
**Working Hours**: Monday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for **motivated and goal-driven individuals** to join our Customer Service team. This role focuses on **customer engagement and achieving sales targets** while delivering excellent service.

**Position**: Customer Service Assistant
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and promote company services/products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service with target is an advantage
- Good communication skills (Indonesian speaking is an added advantage)
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
