We are currently seeking an experienced Site supervisor C&S to join our high performing delivery team.

You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be based on the Exchange TRX, Lendlease's largest integrated development in Asia.

Key Accountabilities- Ensure contractors adhere to good housekeeping and implement quality environmental, and safety and health practices.- Identification of potential site EHS issues during inspections and audits and assisting in root cause analysis if requested.- Supervise all façade and BMU related works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications, AFC drawings, shopdrawings, supplier manuals (if related). Ensure the right sequence of works, work method statements and do it right the first time.- Work closely and coordinate with site / contractors and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to meet the project program. Maintain responsibility for progress, report the construction progress and factors adversely affecting the progress to the Superiors and identify mitigations / solutions.- Carry out work in progress inspections progressively, understand and implement the hold points throughout stage by stage until the end of each sequence of work.-
- May assist more experienced construction workers with aspects of moderately complex construction activities.- Maintain active participation in an ongoing construction related personal development course in
- order to attain accreditation in one primary skill.
