**Responsibilities**:
Manage escalations and day to day operations of applicable clients
Maintain daily KPI reports and ensure KPI meeting targets
Create and maintain data analysis reports as requested
Responsibility for billing, Profit & Loss, and financials for applicable clients
Act as back up to the next in command as requested
Facilitate prompt issue resolution and oversee issue resolution within department
Distribute workload efficiently among team leaders.

**Education or Experiences**:
Bachelors or equivalent college degree - focus in Logistics preferred
**International logistics experience preferred**: transportation, customs, warehousing, supply chain principles, geographical concerns, political nuances of economic zones
Previous experience managing others or having direct reports, preferably with a team size of 40+ and has overseen remote employees
SAP and ERP experience required
Familiarity with different modes of transportation, such as air, ocean, over-land, couriers
Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
Experience in a 3PL or 4PL environment preferred
**Incoterms experience preferred**: CPT, CFR, EXW, CIF, FCA, DDP, FOB
