**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in Service Delivery Operations: _**Provide support**_ to the broker service delivery engineer in managing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely _**under supervision.**_
- Support Client Communication: _**Help prepare responses**_ to client and broker inquiries, and assist the engineer in providing updates on service delivery status.
- Assist in Documentation and Reporting: _**Work with the engineer**_ to maintain and organize documentation related to brokerage transactions. Help in preparing reports under guidance.
- Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives: _**Assist the engineer**_ in identifying potential areas for process improvement and participate in the implementation of efficiency strategies.
- _**Data Entry**_and Management Support: Assist in inputting and updating client and broker information in the company's systems, ensuring accuracy under supervision.
- Assist in Cross-functional Collaboration: _**Support the engineer**_ in coordinating with other departments such as legal, compliance, and finance to ensure service delivery processes run smoothly.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct _**research as directed by the engineer**_, identifying industry trends and best practices to present to the team.
- Project Assistance**:Assist** in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the service delivery engineer and the broader team.
- Coordination and Monitoring: _**Help the team**_ in coordinating tasks and monitoring their progress to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow.
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Able to multi-task efficiently and able to remain calm under stress.
- Have good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
- Must be pro-active, take initiative and willing to take responsibilities.
- Good English language proficiency (Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be beneficial).
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
