- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to operations, product development, sales, and marketing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and employment agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, balancing legal considerations with business objectives.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the startup ecosystem and advise stakeholders on potential implications for the company.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience practicing law in start-up environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate legal issues and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance issues relevant to startups.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

**Additional Information**
Working hours Monday - Friday (Semi flexi working hours)
