Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling phone calls, messages, and correspondence
- Maintaining executive diaries and scheduling appointments
- Preparing, typing, and compiling reports and documentation
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Planning and servicing meetings (agenda preparation and minute-taking)
- Managing and updating databases
- Prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Implementing new administrative systems and procedures
- Liaising with relevant organizations, clients, and stakeholders
- Coordinating mail-shots, publicity tasks, and internal memos
- Logging and processing bills, claims, or expenses
- Acting as receptionist and greeting visitors when needed
- Assisting in recruitment, training, and supervision of junior staff
- Performing basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and expense reporting
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
