We’re looking for an energetic _**Chinese Tuition Sales Representative**_ to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**

1. _**Sales and Customer Engagement**_
- Build strong connections and quickly understand customer needs to recommend our Primary and Secondary Chinese tuition programs.
- Confidently convert leads into satisfied clients by showcasing the value of our services.

2. _**Relationship Building and Client Success**_
- Nurture a pipelineof potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to make informed decisions about their children’s education.
- Encourage repeat business and **referrals** by building lasting relationships.

3. _**Innovative Sales Strategy**_
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop **creative sales strategies**.
- Share insights to improve our services and sales approach.

4. _**Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking**_
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, showcasing your achievements.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings and training sessions to stay sharp and refine your skills.

**Requirements**:
1. _**Education & Experience**_
- Prior sales experience, ideally in education or tutoring services.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s Primary and Secondary Chinese tuition landscape.

2. _**Fluency in both English and Chinese**_
