Overview:
The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment and hygiene standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, measuring portions, and following recipes accurately.

Cooking and Assembly: Cook and assemble dishes as directed by the kitchen manager or chef, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment.

Stock Management: Help with the storage, organization, and inventory of food items and supplies. Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste.

Food Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines regarding food handling, storage, and cleanliness to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Team Support: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow, including assisting with prep and clean-up tasks as needed.

Equipment Maintenance: Help with the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in working order.

Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work under mínimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy raw material

Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
