**1. Inventory Management**
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies through audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure accurate and real-time data entry in the inventory management system

**2. Quality Assurance**
- Implement and enforce procedures to maintain product quality and compliance with storage standards (temperature-controlled for frozen products).
- Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or expired goods.

**3.Team Supervision**
- Lead and manage the inventory team, including training and performance monitoring.
- Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of inventory-related activities.

**4.Process Optimization**
- Develop and improve inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to forecast demand and avoid overstock or shortages.

**3.Reporting and Compliance**
- Generate and review inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, especially for frozen goods.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in inventory management or warehouse supervision, preferably in a food distribution or frozen goods environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Physical**: Can hold in cold temperature.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
