**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2 **to 7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field**.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Job Description**:

- 1. Account Management Support:

- Assist in managing assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for client queries, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.

2. Client Coordination:

- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, feedback, and updates for ongoing projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

3. Operational Assistance:

- Support the preparation of client reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Help manage timesheets, billing, and invoicing processes for assigned accounts.

4. Documentation and Records:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and project details.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing client contracts and agreements.

5. Collaboration:

- Liaise with internal teams such as operations, finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Support onboarding and resource allocation for new joiners assigned to the client accounts.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Track and report on the performance of assigned accounts, including key metrics and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate any risks or challenges that may affect client satisfaction or project outcomes.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
