**Position Overview**:
We're in search of a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to collaborate with us on a project basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, contributing to the creation and management of engaging content across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to the unique goals and target audiences of clients in FMCG, Fashion, and Retail.
- Develop compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, optimized for each social media platform.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, overseeing content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices in social media marketing and digital content creation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
