1. To be responsible for the Technical Support and Projects Delivery for IT services, specialize in IT Security Solutions and Products.

2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable of project for all business/services partner and client.

3. Participate in systems roll out implementation inclusive of setup, installation, documentation, training and standby for system roll out implementation, new project, system upgrades.

4. Occasional travelling is required (local/overseas) to ensure projects success and met client requirement.

6. Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior and management.

**Project Management**
- Proper project coordination and control, to meet customer’s project objectives, deadlines, and budget.
- Ensure project milestone deadlines are met for billing deadlines.
- Provide daily project status updates following company procedure and guidelines, to update customers and management on project status.

**Research & Development**
- Learn new technical knowledge via testing and research.
- Be initiative to learn new technical knowledge on both focus and non focus solutions/products.
- Properly documents all results of tests and researches in knowledge base.
- Meet KPI’s set for research and development.

**Pre-Sales**
- Provides support on pre-sales activities including product demo, proof-of-concepts, and product presentation.

2. To aid the Pre-Sales Team in preparing Presentation Slides, Business Proposals, Response to RFP and Tenders.

**Certification**
- Obtains technical certification on identified focus products/solutions within the set timeframe to be agreed upon.
- Renew all critical and mandatory certifications required by key principals.

**Others**
- Any other duties as and when required by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

- Bandar Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical Support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
