- This role will be under the Business Development team, focusing on mass seller management and reporting to the Head of Targeted Acquisition, Seller Growth and VKAM. With opportunities to manage seller growth, this role requires industry knowledge, BPO performance management skills, strong communication skills and critical thinking.This role focuses on providing assistance to mid-tail to long-tail sellers - the next tier of sellers that are not managed by category management. It follows a more massive, systematic approach compared to category management, with the goal of covering a larger seller base and to provide strategic commercial direction in order to drive and support business growth.
- Job Responsibilities:
- The key responsibilities and tasks for this role will be:
- Adhering to the overall Lazada strategy, come up with efficient way drive the business forward by facilitating sustainable seller growth for a mass seller base.
- Monitor and strategize business impact by closely working with commercial experts to empower sellers to grow and fulfill market trend.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline process and defined clear input and output KPIs. Most importantly, be able to come up with strategies on how to achieve them and utilize the available resources to deliver the results.
- Be able to make both short-term and long-term plans and execute the plan step by step with clear impact analysis along the way.
- Drive BPO team performance towards KPI targets including productivity, quality and engagement conversion rate by optimizing account management activities to support accelerated sellers' growth. This can be done by enhancing seller selection, optimizing commercial engagement, streamlining seller support of sellers under management.
- Set incentive plan to motivate agents and improve performance. Monitor the progress on action taken towards low performers and reward top performers to maintain high standards.
- Discover training needs and come up with training plan. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to conduct training and collect relevant feedback from agents to optimize the flow and pitch.

- We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
- Be able to quickly adapt to changes and come up with creative solutions to drive impact and deliver results.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize process and improve operation efficiency. Meanwhile, be opened minded to identify valuable feedback from others and then take actions accordingly.
- Adeptness in Microsoft office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical skill and critical thinking
- Positive learning attitude with strong adaptation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Highly energetic and independent individual
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Prior experience in another E-commerce business
- Industrial knowledge from either online or offline retail industry.
