Company Description

**Job Description**:

- Lead the development of the Business Unit Strategy including a Strategic Health & Safety Plan, Operational Implementation Plan and leading the implementation of both plans.
- Lead the country HSE professional, including coaching and mentoring to drive a safety obsessed culture.
- Oversee, lead and manage site involvement in the HSE governance processes including HSE audits, incident management activities and reviews for continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of external HSE certifications
- Identify HSE legislative requirements and changes as it applies to their State and with the agreement and approval of management integrate into the HSE Management System

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years in a HSE leadership role with at least 3 active years in Road Transport Safety
- Pass verification session conducted by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and a Green Book holder.
- Strong knowledge in OSH Act, FMA, EQA and regulations, ISO 45001:18 and OSH best practices.
- Experience in working in supply chain with leadership capability of warehousing, transport, and supply chain will be an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (e.g. ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 & ISO14001).
