Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Liaises with 3rd party warehouse and transporter on day-to-day operations pertaining to inbound receiving, order taking from stores and deliveries to stores in timely manner.
- Work closely with warehouse to conduct monthly cycle count for minimum number of SKU in order to ensure stock’s accuracy.
- Manage stores’ auto push orders and acts as key primary contact person to manage all auto push orders, ensuring products reach store timely.
- Supports the orders of promotional products launch for East Malaysia and tracks and monitors the inventories of the promotional items.
- Responds timely on Receiving Variances Reports (RVR)’s issues and liaises closely with warehouse to ensure issues are investigated and reported accordingly.
- Prepare monthly Stock Balance Report (warehouse) to Finance department.
- Monitor the stock inventory levels at warehouse and provide support to Operations on any stock level enquiries.

- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of supply planning / inventory management processes.
