We are hiring for the exciting position of Finance Associate, T&E and AP to join our multi-national FSSC in Kuala Lumpur.

As the Finance Associate you will report into the APAC FSSC AP Manager and will be focussing on the Travel and Expenses for employees in the USA and Canada, as well as supporting Accounts Payable responsibilities.

**Location**:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Hybrid working with a pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities- Review expense report submitted by employees.- Ensure staff claims are verified in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Submit approved claims to be processed for payment on a timely manner.- Handle and resolve queries related to staff claims.- Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payment and respond to AP queries.- Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties.- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger.- Responsible for the month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.

About you- Experience of working in a shared service environment.- Knowledge of Concur.- SAP and PO Systems will be an added advantage.- Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel.- Ability to collaborate and be a team player.- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
