要求

**Description**

Maxis Enterprise, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, while making a positive impact on our customers' experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to provide support, offer assistance, and resolve any issues they may have
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns effectively
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer feedback in the company's database
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction, call volume, and other key metrics

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions to customer issues
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
