Maxis, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Maxis Consumer Outbound Customer Service Representative. As a Mandarin Speaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to our company's growth and success.

As a Maxis Consumer Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls to customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you will be assisting customers who are primarily Mandarin-speaking.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to address inquiries and promote products and services
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Document and track customer interactions in a CRM system
- Achieve monthly targets for outbound calls and sales conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Prior customer service experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
