**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively call Mandarin-speaking customers to inquire about their account status, service usage, and satisfaction levels
- Provide clear and accurate information about Maxis products, services, and promotions in Mandarin
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively in Mandarin
- Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Collect and escalate customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement
- Adhere to strict quality and performance standards, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- SPM certification or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

**资格和技能：**
- 马来西亚教育文凭或同等学历
- 出色的中文和英文口头和书面沟通能力

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
