**Description**

Maxis Enterprise is a leading telecommunications company, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our business customers. We are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by proactively reaching out to our business clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service. This role requires a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to business customers to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through regular contact
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proactively reach out to customers to offer additional services and products
- Document customer interactions and update customer profiles accurately
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to address customer needs

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in outbound customer service or telesales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
