In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience for Maxis, a leading telecommunications provider in Malaysia. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best mobile plans, internet packages, and other Maxis services.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Proactively initiate calls to a targeted list of potential customers, introducing them to the exciting world of Maxis products and services.
- **Building Rapport**: Develop genuine connections with customers by actively listening to their needs, usage patterns, and budget constraints.
- **Expert Recommendations**: Leverage your product knowledge to tailor solutions that perfectly match each customer's unique requirements.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Present compelling offers and promotions, confidently address objections, and close sales to achieve your assigned targets.
- **Excellent Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear explanations, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience with Maxis.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate customer information and sales data within the company's CRM system. You may also be required to generate reports on your sales activities.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
