**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound customer service calls in Mandarin, providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries
- Actively identify and resolve customer issues, ens
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of the job
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously develop skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Diploma or degree in related field, preferably in business, customer service, or communications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of calls and meet performance targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

Pay: RM1,664.78 - RM2,500.00 per month
