Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maxis Consumer Outbound Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to Mandarin-speaking customers in an outbound call center environment. Your main goal will be to resolve customer issues, address inquiries, and offer suitable solutions for maximizing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to Maxis consumer customers who may have concerns or inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Provide professional and courteous assistance to Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.

3. Attend to customer complaints and issues by actively navigating systems, investigating problems, and identifying appropriate solutions.

4. Utilize active listening skills to identify and respond to customers' needs, questions, or concerns in a clear, concise, and helpful manner.

5. Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling customer accounts, including accurately documenting customer interactions, updating customer profiles, and maintaining confidentiality.

6. Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call quality, call handle time, and sales conversion, as defined by the company.

7. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences.

8. Stay updated on product and service offerings and other relevant information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

9. Continuously work on self-improvement and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment, is an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions.
5. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating customer databases.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
8. Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Additional relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.

**Salary**: RM1,762.34 - RM2,500.00 per month
