Process Quality Management

**Major Duties**:
1) To develop the the business & work processes, procedures and quality planning where applicable, to align with the scope and requirements in QMS and other relevant standards/policies/regulations.
2) To ensure the processes needed for QMS are adequately established, implemented and maintained.
3) To coordinate and follow up the implementation of any action from a particular project with related divisions/departments.
4) To coordinate and liaise with related divisions/departments on the internal audit including establish internal audit schedule.
5) To support related divisions/departments on the management review including establish the meeting schedule and agenda.
6) To coordinate annual awareness and internal auditor training for any assigned standards.
7) To provide support in coordinating the Certification Body on both surveillance and re-certification audit.
8) To provide support in coordinating the 3rd party audit and other external parties on matter related to company's QMS and other applicable standards/regulations.
9) To provide support for divisions/departments to evaluate audit finding and suggest corrective actions.
10) To provide support for divisions/departments to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
11) To maintain all documented information and records for the related standards and regulation.
12) To be in-charge of quality related matters and any ad-hoc quality duties as assigned.
Minor Duties
1) To assist project leader on the analysis of any selected process for its quality of control and sustainability.
2) To assist the project leader to develop solution for each of the identified gap within the process analysis.
3) To assist the project leader to communicate the project flow and changes including preparation of minutes.
4) To assist the project leader to establish and implement the control measure and solution.
5) To assist PQM leader on the execution of Internal Compliance Audit (ICA) as assigned.
6) To assist PQM leader on the development of training calendar.
7) To assist PQM leader on the development of the training materials.
Job Specifications
1) Minimum qualification is Diploma in related fields
2) At least 2 years working experience in logistics & transport or manufacturing or equivalent.
3) Strong documentation skill is essential.
4) Computer literate
5) Able to communicate and write in both English & Malay
6) Strong in Microsoft Excel
