Job Responsibilities:

· Design and implement systems to enhance productivity and optimize the use of labor, machinery, and equipment from product development to mass production.

· Assist in the development and installation of new machinery and facilities.

· Manage new project development, including setups, fabrication, layout analysis, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), while supporting RFQ studies.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, or Industrial) or a related discipline.

· Familiarity with plastic injection molding processes.

· Expertise in designing jigs/fixtures and producing 2D drawings with GDT principles.

· Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron).

· Solid understanding of quality management systems in the automotive sector (IATF16949, ISO9001) and key quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).

· Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) is advantageous.

· Knowledge of the 7 QC tools, DMAIC methodology, 8D
