Job Scope:

  • Plan, create and manage Meta Ads to generate quality leads and improve online visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing targets (CTR, leads, ROAS, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create and design simple marketing materials such as posters, visuals and social media content to support campaigns.
  • Follow up leads via call, WhatsApp or email to explain products and services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and closing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and conversions using CRM or Excel.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Support social media posting, content ideas and promotional campaigns when required.
  • Prepare and assist in marketing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal meetings or client discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
  • Experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads campaign management is required.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) is an added advantage.
  • Confident in communicating and closing sales through phone and online platforms.
  • Creative, analytical and capable of producing engaging marketing content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with basic understanding of ad metrics and performance tracking.
  • Positive attitude, target-driven and willing to learn new marketing techniques.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
