Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new product opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products to clients through product demonstrations, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents where required.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Work closely with the technical and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and product performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in tools, machinery, or hardware industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel across assigned territories.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
