Core responsibilities

  • Process management: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Budget and resource management: Oversee budgets, manage financial reports, and handle resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, setting expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and quality: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant laws.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and HR, to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and other issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Strategic and planning duties

  • Strategic planning: Work with senior leaders to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.
  • Forecasting: Support long-term business planning by forecasting future needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
