Compensation & Benefits

  • Allowance: RM 2,000 per month
  • Realistic Monthly Earnings: RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 for performers (including commission)

What You'll Do

  • Client Advisory: Guide clients through the mortgage selection process, helping them secure their dream homes
  • Financial Analysis: Assess clients' financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on competitive mortgage products across banks and insurance providers
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, banks and clients

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Diploma and above in any field (Finance/Business preferred but not required)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge
  • Qualities: Self-motivated, client-focused, and eager to learn
  • Licenses: RFP/CFP/PCE/TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage
