We're Hiring: Account and Administrative Executive

Location: 1st Floor, Lot A-2-1, Grand Plaza Millenium, Off Jalan Pintas, Jalan Penampang 88300, Sabah.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document control, and record management
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as issuing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, handling receipts, and tracking payments
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, payment schedules, monthly statements, and basic reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records for petty cash, staff claims, and payment tracking to ensure proper financial control
  • Organise, prepare, and manage training-related documentation and materials to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes
  • Ensure all administrative, accounting, and training documents are properly recorded, filed, and stored for audit and compliance purposes
  • Support management and the training team with ad-hoc administrative, accounting, and training coordination tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team
