Main Duties:

1 Administrative Work

  • Handle general office duties (filing, printing, scanning, emails)
  • Maintain organised customer and vehicle records

2 Invoicing & Bookkeeping

  • Key in daily supplier invoices
  • Prepare customer invoices and receipts
  • Record daily sales, expenses, and payments
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping

3 Data Entry & Records

  • Update job cards, service records, and parts usage
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation

4 Stock Listing & Inventory Support

  • Maintain stock listing of spare parts and supplies
  • Update stock-in and stock-out records
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and reordering needs

5 HR & Accounting Support

  • Assist in HR, accounting, and daily operational tasks
  • Liaise with accountant for yearly taxation matters
