Responsibilities
- Help prepare and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
- Assist the purchasing team with day-to-day tasks and basic paperwork.
- Enter data into the system accurately, such as supplier details, pricing, and order status.
- Organize and keep track of documents like insurance forms, contracts, and shipping papers.
- Help summarize price offers from suppliers.
- Make sure all documents are properly filed and easy to find when needed.
- Do other simple admin tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Diploma Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Must be good in Mathematics (At least a C in SPM).
- Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
