As we continue to expand our portfolio of residential and commercial projects, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive sales performance, and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure strong performance and motivation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows to promote project visibility.
  • Manage and monitor sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor studies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external property agencies and real estate agents to enhance project sales.
  • Oversee the company's branding, advertising, and social media presence to ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and marketing budgets for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, IT or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property sales and marketing, preferably with a property developer.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with property agencies and external partners will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
