ArcBlue is searching for exceptional Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpar. The successful candidate will deliver procurement advisory projects to ArcBlue clients in Malaysia, with the potential to support projects across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Whilst you have strong experience managing strategic procurement and complex sourcing events, we will leverage your broader procurement and process improvement experience and develop you to be able to conduct a variety of project types, such as:

• Assessing procurement capabilities
• Formulating category strategies
• Developing procurement policies and frameworks
• Analysing spend and identifying savings opportunities
• Reviewing and selecting procurement systems
• Developing procurement training materials
• Social and sustainable procurement.

Haven't been a consultant before? ArcBlue will provide online training, job shadowing and on-the-job training to build your skills. Each project you work on will have a senior ArcBlue consultant assigned as sponsor, exposing you to high level consulting skills and providing a project mentor to help your development.

Key Responsibilities

You will work with a wider team to achieve excellence in client value and will be responsible for project delivery utilisation and output.

Key responsibilities are:

• Project delivery: You will deliver superior advisory services to our clients across the full suite of ArcBlue products and services. You will provide subject matter expertise to project teams.
• Business development: We will leverage any interest you have in this area to support the leadership team with business development activities including assisting with development of quotations and bid responses.
• Internal support: You will support internal ArcBlue development projects and practices across business systems, IT, strategic planning, and marketing. You will use your industry experience and expertise to support internal product development.

About You

• You are a high performing procurement practitioner with proven experience who is passionate about the value that procurement can bring to organisations.
• You have strong experience in the conduct of medium-high complexity end-to-end sourcing projects.
• You behave ethically and have experience in the application of probity and compliance principles.
• Ideally, you will have had procurement experience in different sectors such as private and/or the public sector.
• You love to problem-solve and can juggle several projects at once.
• You have well developed writing skills.
• You are a team player whose default work style is to collaborate.
