About the role
This is an exciting full-time Sales Executive position based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of the sales team at Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong, long-term relationships with customers in the WHOLESALE sector.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the wholesale sector.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals within defined targets and timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to support continuous product and service improvements.
- Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with scheduled deadlines and requirements.
What we're looking for
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in WHOLESALE or FMCG related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business opportunities.
- Familiar with sales techniques and customer relationship management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in spoken CHINESE is required.
- Must possess own car with valid driving license.
