About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and support our overall sales growth. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring clients receive positive, consistent support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to support overall business growth.
- Handle client inquiries, provide follow-up support, and resolve issues promptly.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
- Coordinate internally on orders, production, delivery, and payment matters.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Min 3 - 5 years of experience in sales of metal packaging industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
- Self motivated, proactive, aggressive, and customer service focused.
- Possess own transport.
