Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Reception & Communication

  • Greet all walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle customer inquiries via face-to-face, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information on treatments, products, promotions, and pricing.

2. Appointment & Scheduling Management

  • Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and reminders.
  • Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

3. Customer Care & Follow-Up

  • Conduct pre- and post-treatment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record feedback and escalate complaints when necessary.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

4. Service Assistance & Sales Support (No Hard Selling)

  • Introduce suitable treatment packages and skincare products based on customer needs.
  • Assist consultants during customer consultations and maintain necessary documents.
  • Provide recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience.

5. Administrative & Front Desk Duties

  • Update customer profiles, treatment histories, and payment details.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer count, sales, and appointments.
  • Handle cashiering, billing, and issuance of receipts/invoices.

6. Environment & Experience Maintenance

  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and professional.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.
  • Maintain proper grooming, service etiquette, and communication standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Pleasant appearance and professional image.
  • Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are added advantages.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS system, WhatsApp, social media).
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about company services and skincare.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • 5 working days per week

  • 10 hours per day (10:30 AM – 8:30 PM)

  • Rotational off days

  • Klang Valley (Ampang, Subang Jaya, Puchong Utama, Puchong Jaya, Kota Kemuning, Petaling Jaya, Cheras, OUG, Sri Hartamas, Bandar Botanic, Pandan Indah, Klang)
  • Penang (Tanjung Tokong, Queensbay)
  • Southern Region (Melaka, Seremban 2)
  • East Coast (Kuala Terengganu)
