Applicant will be responsible for the Wellness and Regenerative Medicine division, ACT Health of Aglow Medical Group.
ACT Health is dedicated to addressing aging related issue with a specific focus on health optimization and illness therapeutic solutions. Job description
As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in managing client interactions and driving online sales.
Online Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and comments via phone calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Educate clients about our treatments and services, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Generate new leads and follow up with cold leads to convert them into appointments.
- Manage and schedule client appointments, send timely reminders, and ensure
smooth scheduling processes. - Organize and keep lead data safe and confidential across platforms.
- Support the sales team in meeting monthly targets by providing necessary support and feedback.
- Analyze the performance metrics of posts, videos, and ads to provide actionable insights to the marketing team to drive client engagement and growth.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks in the office and clinics.
Job Requirement:
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Preferably with sales or customer service experience.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
- Able to carry out instructions promptly and disciplined in completing the task in detail.
- Able to think critically and work independently.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bioscience or medical knowledge or experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
