Position: Sales Executive

Working Hours: 7.5 hours /day (shift arrangement), 6 days a week

Start Date: Between December 2025

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales by promoting and selling perfumes to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase market share

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Provide personalized customer service by understanding their fragrance preferences and recommending suitable products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest perfume trends, fragrance ingredients, and product launches
  • Conduct in-store or online product demonstrations to educate customers about different scents, brands, and perfume types

Customer Feedback and After-Sales Service

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements

Maintain shop cleanliness and display aesthetics

  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes cleaning shelves, counters, and floors, and arranging products in an attractive way to create a welcoming shopping environment

Job Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills – Ability to drive sales and close deals effectively
  • Customer Service Expertise – Deliver exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Product Knowledge – In-depth understanding of the perfumes being sold, including fragrance notes, brands, and industry trends
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Presentation Skills – Comfortable demonstrating products and explaining their benefits to customers
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring product displays are neat and accurate and being mindful of customer preferences.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in the Perfume or Luxury Goods Industry – Prior experience in fragrance sales or luxury product sales
  • Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of online and offline marketing strategies to promote perfumes
  • Visual Merchandising – Ability to create attractive displays that highlight perfume products effectively
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Handling customer concerns or challenges in a professional manner
  • Creative Thinking – Ability to come up with unique ways to promote and sell products
  • Knowledge of Trends in Fragrance – Keeping up with current trends in the perfume industry and using that knowledge to sell effectively.
