Job Description:

Full set:

  • Review full set of accounts including relevant accounting schedules
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all financial and management reporting including the required statutory reporting
  • Review monthly performance report and ensure timely and accurate reports submission including statutory returns and statutory payments
  • Implement and maintain an accounting system, internal controls, and working procedures for the company
  • Assist in liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agent and bankers to ensure timely submission for statutory accounts, tax matters and banking information
  • Monitor cashflow position (account receivables invoicing & collection and account payables in preparation of payment to supplier and monthly operating expenditure
  • Assist in prepare documents for audit purpose.

Account Receivable:

  • Issue OR for all bank-in slip, cash or cheques received from sales department or by email.
  • Key in all the cheques detail into system and sort checking unknown payment shown in bank.
  • Issue A/P invoice and JV for received campaign incentive & service coupon tax invoice
  • Email invoice, delivery order, debit note or credit note if requested by related parties.
  • Prepare debtor overdue report and email to respective salesman and PIC.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Mandarin language needed for liaison with Mandarin speaking country's OEM.
  • Experience in construction or credit industries will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP.
  • Fresh graduate may consider for those with strong accounting knowledge.
