Job description

  • Oversee and manage daily finance operations including GL, AP, AR, and treasury functions
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports, reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closing
  • Support statutory audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance activities
  • Perform cost and variance analysis to support business and operational decisions
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Review and enhance internal control procedures and accounting policies
  • Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience; exposure to manufacturing or EMS industry preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Manufacturing ERP system (Infor LN, SQL and equivalent)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with China counterpart)
