Finance & Administration Manager

FINANCE & ACCOUNT

1) Oversee the preparation of financial records, monthly and annual company reports.

2) Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expenditure control in line with approved allocations.

3) Supervise salary processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

4) Review and approve invoices, staff claims, and supplier payments.

5) Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for Board of Directors meetings.

ADMINISTRATION

1) Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

2) Manage office procurement, asset maintenance, and inventory control.

3) Coordinate office administration, including facilities and official company documentation.

4) Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, suppliers, and tenants.

5) Prepare operational and administrative reports for management as scheduled.

DEVELOPMENT & COMPLIANCE

1) Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with legal, policy, and audit requirements.

2) Encourage continuous learning and development for administrative staff.

3) Support process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

3) Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

4) Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
