Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision
  • Ensure the accurate and timely closing of monthly and quarterly account for Beneras Sdn Bhd.
  • Implement proper Credit control policy to reduce the exposure of bad debt risk and to make sure that AR accounts are reconciled and cleaned at all time.
  • Monitor AR outstanding and liaise with Sales team to maximize the collection.
  • Assist and support the Finance Team on technical issues and ad hoc projects.
  • Make sure that the product costing is properly prepared and accurate for the management decision making.
  • Plan & monitor group cash flow to ensure that the fund is properly managed.
  • Maintain a good relationship with bankers in relation to the banking facilities requirements and to maximize banking facilities granted by the banks.
  • Liaison with external and internal auditor, tax agents and company secretary.
  • Plan & review companies tax computation to minimize the tax payment.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and company activities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Professional accounting qualification is highly desirable and cosidered an advantage
  • Min 3 to 5 years in broad accounting and finance exposure
  • Excellent knowledge of finacial accounting and reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
